Take apart
The machine under the pointer or in focus; taken apart, the assembly selected; with Load on, how hard each machine worksCan path: shaker table, rinse, datecoder, mACS, tunnel, labeler, rotary tableSizes from Cask Equipment Arrangement Upgrade 05; ratings from Cask, Jenrey and Pack LeaderThe Frosted Nug canning room as laid out in Cask Equipment Arrangement Upgrade 05 (22 ft 10 in by 16 ft, 45 in working height), drawn at true size with Backline's 12 oz slim cans. Empties come off a pallet on the lifting shaker table, roll single file down a gravity track and through an ionized-air twist rinse that turns each can over for an air blast and back. A datecoder marks each can on the 2 ft infeed. The mACS takes them three at a time: three heads purge with CO2 and fill, the nitrodoser adds a drop of liquid nitrogen, a lid drops from the 9 ft lid stack and the cam-driven seamer closes the can. A 9 ft conveyor carries sealed cans to the Tunnel of Love 25, where a pusher loads rows of 12 onto the belt to be heated, held and cooled; the dwell shown follows from the belt and row size drawn, and the real setting comes from your process authority. Cans leave on the 5 ft double-wide conveyor, which meters them into the wrap labeler, and the rotary table gathers them for packing. Cans wear Backline's lane colors (black for the 5 mg line, white for non-THC) with the four flavor accents; the wordmark is left off on purpose. Use the controls to try other speeds, can sizes and the labeler as drawn (ELF-50) or at the PL-501's true 79 in length, which moves the rotary table about 1 m east, roughly 20 cm from the pallet infeed: worth confirming with Cask. View walks the camera to each corner of the room (from the two north corners the brew tanks are cut away and their footprints dashed on the floor). Take apart lifts any machine out of the line and separates it into its assemblies; the line is locked out while a machine is apart, as it would be for maintenance.
