The bottom film comes off a 351 mm reel over the dancer arm, and each cycle the pouch die cutter forms one row of packs across the web, 4 to 8 lanes. The filler doses every lane at once from the 316L pressure tank through the dosing pump, 0.1 to 30 ml depending on viscosity. The pre-printed top film, carrying the Growtopia Snaps art at pack pitch, is laid on and sealed by the servo-driven seal head. The heat transfer printing unit stamps a lot and date code into the clear window on each pack through its ribbon (351 × 100 mm print frame), the precut scores the snap line across the middle, the knife cuts the row free and the pick & place sets it on the outfeed belt. Easysnap rates the Pulsar at up to 40 cycles a minute, up to 320 packs a minute on 8 lanes (8 × 40), on one 351 mm reel width for every pack size; it is Industry 4.0 ready, runs on 3-phase power, and can purge the tank with inert gas. Easysnap does not publish overall dimensions, so the drawing is scaled from its photos against the 351 mm reel: about 2.1 m long (2.8 m with the outfeed conveyor), 0.95 m deep (1.6 m with the outfeed module in front), 1.65 m to the top rail, 1.8 m to the glass cover and 2.0 m to the stack light. Treat these as estimates, ±15%. Flavor colours are placeholders until Growtopia's artwork is in hand.
